Jon Stahl was born in Anchorage, Alaska and raised in Northern Virginia. After high school, he went to undergrad at the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he earned a fine arts degree in Film Production. He moved to Chicago in summer of 2007 and now lives on the north side.
